mamut_routing_publish.release_artifacts

Release archives: one deterministic zip per family plus a manifest.

generate_release_artifacts discovers the benchmark tree and writes <ProblemType>-<Family>-snapshot-<snapshot-id>.zip for each classic (problem type, family) tree and <Family>-snapshot-<snapshot-id>.zip for each family-first collection (the whole marker-rooted tree, sidecars included), with fixed entry timestamps, mode 0644 and a streamed sha256, then snapshot-manifest.json (mamut_routing_lib.remote.ReleaseArchiveManifest) that the lib's mamut-routing remote commands consume. Size guards mirror GitHub's limits (warn above 1.5 GiB, fail above 2 GiB per asset; refuse repository files above 100 MB). Git metadata (the .git gitfiles of satellite submodules) is never archived.
